She's the master of making lists & keeping everyone focused on the task at hand.

Robert is a skilled restroom service technician with eight years of experience at Advanced Septic. We quickly recruited him in March 2023, and his dedication paid off—he earned his CDL in 2024 and was promoted to roll-off driver at Highway 38 Dumpsters & Restrooms! He's also a dedicated Grandpa to several little ones!

Vincent joined Highway 38 Dumpsters & Restrooms in December 2024 as our restroom tech. With years of farming operations experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to dependability, he’s ready to tackle any & every job head on! He's also a proud Dad of 2 little girls! He's working on earning his CDL license in Dec 2025 so he can join our roll off crew!
